"Works fine, but the glitches are ridiculous sometimes"
Rezdy is useful when everything is working the way it should, but we’ve had a few slow load times and random glitches here and there. It’s nothing that completely ruins the experience, but when you’re in the middle of a busy booking period, it gets ridiculous and frustrating.

I tried using Rezdy to keep my bookings organized, but it just ended up making things more complicated. The calendar felt clunky, and when you make changes, you kind of expect everything to update smoothly, but that wasn’t always the case. I found myself double-checking things way too often because I didn’t really trust what I was seeing. Support was slow too, which is the last thing you want when bookings are already getting confusing. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me, you just end up spending more time fixing and checking things than actually managing bookings.

"Channel integrations have been really frustrating"
I’ve had a rough time with the channel integrations. The connections keep dropping, and bookings don’t always sync properly, which is stressful when you’re managing more than one channel. Even little things, like a reservation not showing up right away or a calendar being slightly off, end up causing extra work. Support does respond eventually, but it takes too long when you need a quick fix.

"Helpful for tracking inventory, but I wish it felt smoother"
Rezdy has been useful for keeping track of available spots and guides, which is reassuring when things get busy and I really need to know we’re not overbooking. That said, managing resources can feel a little clunky at times. Some updates take more clicks than I’d expect, and I sometimes find myself double-checking things just to feel confident they’re set up right. Overall, it gets the job done, but I’d feel better if the workflow was a bit more straightforward.

"Automation is honestly solid"
I’ve been using rezdy for the auto emails and reminders, and it’s saved me a ridiculous amount of time. The notifications are generally good too, though every now and then they come through a little later than I’d like.

"Works fine most days, but the bugs get frustrating"
Rezdy has been okay for us overall. Most of the time it does what we need, but there are definitely days where the bugs make things annoying. We’ve had bookings not sync properly, pages randomly load really slowly, and a few glitches when editing products where we had to keep refreshing. Support does usually get back and help, but it can take a while, and that downtime adds up. Not saying it’s a scam, but it really needs to be more stable if you’re relying on it day to day...

"I don’t know, maybe I’m just not good..."
I don’t know, maybe I’m just not good at figuring these things out, but the interface felt clunky to me. The menus seemed messy, and setting up a booking took way longer than I expected. I kept wondering if I was missing something obvious.

"Payment took forever"
I don’t have the patience for payments that keep failing. My card was charged unsuccessfully twice, and then support took way too long to get back to me. Frustrating experience overall.

I used rezdy.com on my phone and it was smooth all around. The pages loaded fine, the booking details were easy to read, and I didn’t have to keep zooming in about every little thing. Checkout was simple too. It’s always nice when a site actually works well on mobile.

I used the Rezdy booking widget on a tour website, and yeah, it was easy enough to get through. Picking the date and doing the payment part was simple, not much confusing there. The only thing was on my phone it did take a little slow to load, which was kind of annoying for a minute. But overall, it worked fine and I would say it was good

I tried Rezdy for my small operation, and at first the pricing seemed manageable. But once I started using it, the extra fees really started to add up. For what I was paying, I expected the system to be a lot easier to work with, but it still felt a bit clunky to me. In the end, I couldn’t justify the cost and ended up cancelling

Getting set up was straightforward, and the onboarding call definitely made things easier. It took me a little while to wrap my head around how the product is set up, if that makes sense, but support was helpful and got me through it without too much hassle.

"I had to reach out to Rezdy support..."
I had to reach out to Rezdy support while I was setting up some booking settings and got a bit stuck. To be fair, if it had been something less time-sensitive, the wait probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much, but in the moment the first reply felt slower than I expected.
Once someone did get back to me, they were friendly and did help sort things out. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it took a few messages back and forth before everything was actually clear and fixed.
Overall, I’d say the support is decent if you’re not in a rush, but I think they could be faster and make the instructions a little clearer. Not terrible, just okay for me. 3 stars.
